Agate Precious Metals offers fair returns on gold, silver, and platinum—treated like family heirlooms. Bullion is buyback-only due to live prices; accessories qualify for refunds. Initiate within 7 days; we guide you step-by-step.

Bullion Returns (Gold/Silver/Platinum Bars & Coins)

Final sale, but buyback at spot minus 2-3% commission—value on receipt day. Pack securely, insure fully, ship tracked. We inspect for condition; no liability for transit loss or price drops. Decline if tampered.

Non-Bullion (Accessories, Displays)

7-day window: unused, original packaging. Contact for RMA, return prepaid—we refund fully if approved. 15% restock after 3 days. Exchanges if stock available.

Process

1. Email support@agatemetals.com or call within timeframe.

2. Get RMA # and label.

3. Ship insured/tracked.

4. We inspect (2-3 days), refund/exchange via original method. Market loss your risk.

Exceptions

No returns on custom orders, low-stock, or damaged by you. Full insured shipping from us; track issues immediately.​
